Objectives
Effective food hygiene control is critical to prevent bacteriological and physical contamination of food. By implementing legally required procedures, a reduction in the risk of contamination would thereby negate the possibility of compensation claims and criminal prosecution.

This training is a requirement for all food handlers. It extends to all those who handle, store, prepare and serve beverages.
